Important Deadlines & Fees

On-line registration is now open (To be completed by youth leaders only.)
The registration deadline is April 15, 2010
Any registrations made after April 15 th will incur a late fee of $25 per youth.
A deposit of $100 per youth is required to hold a registration spot, which will be applied to the total cost of the summer camp trip.
Deposits ($100 per youth) must be postmarked, to the Kansas District Office, by April 15th.
Final payments are due, to the District Office, by June 5, 2010.
Completed forms must be returned to the church youth leader by your youth leader's deadline (prior to June 5 th ). Health History Forms require a physician's signature. Liability Forms must be notarized, and TIPS Forms must have the signature of a witness.
Youth Leaders need to mail all completed forms to Pam Amey --1824 S. Stoneybrook, Wichita, KS 67207 -- postmarked by June 5, 2010. After this date, a late fee of $25 per youth will be charged
Any cancellations made before April 15 will receive a $50 refund per registrant/youth.
Any cancellations made after April 15 will NOT receive any refund, nor can funds be transferred to other youth who are registered.
