LCEF is the Lutheran Church Extension Fund, a unique “investment” organization that offers Kansas Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod members the opportunity to invest their money, earn interest, and through LCEF Loans help build churches and schools at the same time.

LCEF is a “servant ministry” organization that offers our congregations Capital Funding Services, Consecrated Stewards, Demographic Studies, School Marketing, and Labors for Christ services to grow and strengthen our ministry and mission of the Lutheran Church in Kansas. Barb McComas is the Kansas District LCEF Promotions Director. Barb's duties involve--recruiting and training Congregational Ambassadors and Stamp Coordinators for the congregations in the Kansas District, publisher of the monthly periodical “The Ambassadors Alert”, makes presentations for LCEF at conferences or in congregational settings, and assists the LCEF Vice President in his office. Tami Lierz is the Business Office and LCEF Assistant. Her responsibilities include accounting support to the Business Office, budget administrator, administrative loan support, and Demographic Services for LCEF, Lutheran Witness coordinator, Lutheran Witness editor and receptionist on the 2nd floor.
