Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I have recently accepted the position of Senior VP, Loans and Real Estate with the Lutheran Church Extension Fund in St. Louis . This is a tremendous opportunity and I look forward to continuing my service to the Church in this capacity.
This note is to THANK YOU for the tremendous support and friendship you have given me and for your support for the Kansas District LCEF program the past 8 ½ years I have served as District Vice President. The program has grown to over $50 million in total assets and loans have nearly doubled in that short period of time. In addition, LCEF has expanded the services provided to congregations, schools, rostered church workers and individuals tremendously.
In the weeks and months to come, the process to identify whom God has already chosen to fill this position will begin. I have no doubt that you will welcome that person in the same loving and supporting manner that you received me. In the interim, LCEF will continue to serve your needs with loans, investments and services. Rev. Mark Frith will take on the task of providing Demographic services while Tami Lierz and Barb McComas will continue to assist with investment related questions and the K.I.D.S. stamp program. Loan services, consultations and loan inquiries should continue to come intitially through the District Office.
Again, thank you for giving me the honor to serve you. I pray God's blessings to you all as you serve His church.
